Scope of Service
Thornberg Construction provides residential construction and remodeling services to clients located in the Greater Seattle Eastside, including but not limited to Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Sammamish, Woodinville, Fall City, Snoqualmie, Carnation, Duvall, Medina, Issaquah, Bothell, and North Bend.
All services are delivered under a formal agreement following a consultation and planning process. Use of this website does not constitute a contractor-client relationship.

Consultations
Phone consultations are free and are the first step in our process. If we mutually agree that your project is a fit, an on-site consultation will be scheduled at no cost to you. At a later stage, additional design or pre-construction services may involve signed agreements and fees.
Estimates and Pricing
We do not provide online or "ballpark" estimates due to the highly variable nature of labor, materials, and design scope. We provide project-specific pricing after understanding your needs and goals.
Project Showcase
With client permission, we may photograph and showcase completed projects in our Gallery section, social media, or marketing materials. No identifying personal information will be shared.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including project photography, branding, copy, and design, is the property of Thornberg Construction and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
